Dev Log VII

March 1, 2026

We’ve been undergoing a major transition as a studio. For those who eventually read this log in 2026 and beyond, we appreciate anyone who’s open-minded to the path we’ve laid out. We want to discuss our interest in developers as we undertake this massive path.

We’re looking for devs who recognize the banal, empty nature of the industry and its norms, and want to create a game that shatters them. In the course of this, we want to consider a revenue share model, where developers earn a big percentage of total game revenue. This means if devs join our studio now, and Chaoscraft and our anthology goes viral and makes millions, devs can be in a position to make millions. Straight up.

If you think that’s improbable, we direct you to the history of indie devs, who’ve repeatedly made hit titles that earn millions in revenue. On a financial level, this is very appealing to devs of any caliber.

We’re mainly seeking 3D modelers, sound designers, and programmers currently. If you think you have what it takes, send us an application. Our application process is very easy and informal. We won’t subject you to endless trivial questions. We’ll talk casually and gauge your interest in the project.

Once we have a few devs on board, development can make greater progress. As the game sells copies, receives donations, and then launches, a percentage of revenue will be shared directly with developers who’ve chosen to stake a claim in Chaoscraft.

Given how word can spread on the internet, we expect a much higher number of applications in the near future, when people learn to see past the meaninglessness of using temporary AI art and grasp the fundamental nature of the game. So, welcome.
